Part pecan, part cheese straw, Cheecans are the perfect savory snack for any occasion! Starting with an old family recipe for cheese straws, we subtracted some ingredients and added others. Suddenly, there was a Cheecan! We had created a crisp little biscuit made with sharp cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pecan meal. Sharp with a slightly delayed dash of pepper, they are a joy to the true epicurean.
