Old South Pecan and Peanut Brittle
Our tasty Old South Brittle is made from scratch, the old fashioned way. In small copper kettles, we hand-stir the brittle until it is the right consistency, fold in lots of peanuts or pecan halves and pieces, and then, pour the brittle out on marble tables to cool. The result is glorious—yummy pecan brittle that is light and crunchy, never tough or sticky.
